A Web Portal for Entrepreneurs

As mentioned in a previous post, HELP (Helping Entrepreneurs Learn from Peers) has been trying to get funding and organizational support for a web portal that would help entrepreneurs navigate the maze of resources and services that currently exist in the Pittsburgh Region and share information and advice on challenges and opportunities facing them.
