The Grass Is Really Browner on the Other Side of the Fence

If you'd like to feel a little fresh enthusiasm for the positive things about Pittsburgh, be sure to read the letters in the "Morning File" section on page 2 of the Post-Gazette today.

Note that the letters make the case pretty clearly -- the only thing keeping people from moving (back) here is slow job growth.

There are always those that do not trive on change, and long for the safety, security of a less dynamic, and less entrepreneurial environment. Clearly, these letters is not a scientific sampling of the diaspora. Those that have found happiness in the challenge, and fulfillment of working in growing competative cities, set down new roots, and started families, do not have time to spend reading the PG, and write longing letters.
